Fleur du Seuill

Fleur du Seuill

Fleur has been leased by Rubicon up until the birth of her foal and to include the period until the foal has been weaned.

Attached is Fleurs updated pedigree from which you can see she has been very well bought.

Although only modest herself on the racecourse she is a very correct attractive mare and her pedigree oozes class, as a close relation to Defi du Seuill her offspring will no doubt be in High demand at the sales.

Fleurs dam was a 1m 3f-1m4f AQPS Bumper winner and a half sister to 2m3f-3m chase and hurdle winner Catamaran du Seuill and AQPS bumper winner Quarvine Du Seuill who is the dam of multiple Grade 1 winner Defi Du Seuill.

Fleur herself is a first foal but her pedigree has been upgraded significantly with victories for her 2 elder siblings most recently her brother Iberique Du Seuill who was purchased by Bective Stud for €150,000 became a Grade 2 winner last jumps season when trained by Gordon Elliott.

A further likely update is on its way as her 3rd brother by Galiway named Jimmy Du Seuill was sold to none other than Willie Mullins for €200,000 at the Ariana sales after placing on his debut run in France.

Her first foal by Gentlewave is an absolute cracker and will be heading to Goffs in January.

Fleur is in foal to Schiaparelli and was scanned in foal in early October having been covered in

Schiaparelli is curernetly the leading active British based sire who standing at 16,3 hands high really stamps his stock. As a German Derby winner and 5 time grade 1 winner by jumping influence Minsun and out of the greatest ever Old Vic mare his pedigree shouts NH Stallion. He has already sired a Cheltenham Festival winner in Indefatigable and his record with mares is outstanding with Fonzerelli adding to his black type performers with a listed win at Doncaster last season.
